I am writing to complain about the 7-day trip to the Paris organized by your travel agency from 9th to 16th of August this year.
Firstly, I must inform you that I am not satisfied with quality of the hotel service and room equipment. There were no phone and TV set as said in the trip leaflet and, what is more, the water in the bathroom in the morning was freezing cold.
Secondly, our tour guide seemed a little bit slow and disorientated in Paris. We were losing our way almost every step. In addition, the tour program was not well prepared. We often visited too far situated places so most of the time we spend on the bus.
I demand a full refund because I feel that my holiday was ruined. I hope that I will not have to take legal action I look forward to hearing from you soon.
