I am writing to complain about the quality of your photocopying service which I used last Tuesday.

Let me remind you that the photocopy I ordered was very important for me because I needed this part of book for my master's thesis as a reference. Unfortunately I cannot order another photocopy because I do not have that book anymore.

I must inform you that the photocopy I received was not complete. There were several pages missing and in addition some part of the text was unreadable because of smudgy ink paint. In fact, I have already talked to one of your employees about that problem but he did not help me.

I am afraid I must ask you for a full refund because in fact I did not receive what I have ordered. I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention.
