Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about an MP3 player I ordered from your web store last week on 14th of December 2011.

I must inform you that I was waiting for my shipment more than 2 weeks, instead of promised by your shop courier service 3 days. What is more, the package was not properly secured by the tape so it was a little bit damaged outside and inside too.

Firstly, the screen of MP3 player was cracked so I cannot use it. Secondly, the device was missing one of the button called “play” I think.

In this situation I demand a full refund or replacement of my MP3 player for a new one. I hope you will give this matter your immediate attention.
