Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the MP3 player which I ordered in your shop two weeks ago. After I had opened the package, I noticed that the display was broken. As if this were not enough, it was not the first time when something has gone wrong when ordering from your store.

Last year I bought a laptop and it turned out that it is faulty. Computer was constantly crashing, so I decided to send the notebook back asking for replacement. The answer came to me after two months and you did not agree to proposal, in exchange for it you gave me a refund which did not fully satisfy me then.

In this situation I ask you for a full refund at once and I am afraid that it was my last shopping at your store.

I am enclosing player with the receipt.
