Introduction: The purpose of this report is to assess the good and the bad points of Marco’s fast food restaurant. Food and prices: In Marco’s the meals are good value for money as the prices are quite resonable. However, the clients are complaining that there are not many dishes to choose from, so we need to increase the range of meals available. Service: The staff are friendly and helpful. I think that a good staff means a lot of customers. But on the other hand, the service is a little too slow, particularly when the restaurant during busy periods. More people should be hired. Atmosphere: There is friendly and relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant. However, the restaurant is old and not very clean. I think that painting it again will give a realy good result. Also, there is nowehere customers to park their cars. We should make a car park. Conclusion: In conclusion, although there were some drawbacks, Marco’s fast food restaurant is a nice place. Using my suggestions will make the restaurant more popular and convenient. Therefore, I will certainly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fast food.
