How can we stay healthy?

Staying healthy is the most important thing. But everyone thinks just only about physical health and not also about mental health. First of all, we should have a strict sleeping pattern, am organised routine and a balance diet. Moreover, we can train our mind by solving puzzles, playing strategy games, resolving math exercises, reading etc. Secondly, friends are very important. We can talk about our problems with them, socialize openly, share our thoughts, fears, happy moments but also our bad qualities and emotions, that help us a lot to be confident.

Also, a sport is an essential thing, if you practice one, it means that you’re following your passion and that creates an aim in your life.

As far as I’m concerned, I think having a goal in life and following it is the most important thing for staying healthy.
