It is specialised in the manufacturing of a wide range of food products such as frozen foods for example chips as well as nuts and crisps. Mondi Scunthorpe factory consists of three business units printing, lamination and conversion department. Mondi Quality Assurance (QA) team has an aim to collect samples from each production steps at the end of each shift and file them in the green file section in a numerical order on the shelve in the quality archive room, but the current system of filing makes the room look untidy, unorganised and not safe for the workers.
