Nowadays when money plays an important role in our lives, most people, especially teenagers, claim that an enjoyable life with the best things is associated with being wealthy while others say that having the best things in life does not require money. It is an undeniable fact that money can buy a lot of things but not the best things. Take family and happiness for example. Happiness comes as a result of appreciating smaller things in life instead of crying for bigger ones in order to gain happiness. Put simply, an individual who is alone in his lordly mansion can never be as happy as another who stays with his family in a small cozy home. Moreover, having a friendly family means having a strong support. Particularly, when you succeed, money cannot cheer you up and smooth your heart when you fail but your family who always appear in the right place and right time to double your happiness as well as divide your sadness. However, in today’s modern society, the rich and the young strongly think that material things bring happiness and satisfaction. The foremost reason for this idea lies in the fact that the more money you have, the more comfortably and happily you live. In reality, every day people have to face a thousand problems requiring money, such as education, health care, housing, food, hobby and so forth. Furthermore, people are convinced that thanks to money, they build relationships, so that they will gain more respects. On balance, although money is such a powerful thing, I believe there are more valuable things in life than money which are free to give and receive. This is a universal fact known to one and all, so that life on Earth will be heavenly once each individual understands and abides by this simple fact of life.
