Write a letter of complaint

I am writing to complain about my course lingual in England. My name is Carol Stewart. I took part in that course on 17th June 2006. The problem is that the teacher Mr. Robinson was too late or he didn’t come to our lessons. All the people from the group want to talk about this situation, but Mr. Robinson treats our complaint indifferently. I will be appreciative if you return my money.
