    To begin with I’d like to explain why I have chosen this proverb. The reason is very simple: I really appreciate friendship. It makes me happy and my life interesting. Without friends life is boring and dull. Friendship is something noble and great but very rare. It’s a pity that nowadays it isn’t as valued as it should be. We call a man “friend”, but often we betray him or go back on our promises.

    Poverty is a very big problem all over the world even in the developed countries. But poverty is not just about money. Poverty also means not having enough food, education, healthcare. There are three different kind of poverty: absolute poverty what is defined as the lack of sufficient resources, relative poverty when you have less money than the average and can’t buy basic needs, and the third one is social exclusion.

In this article, I’ll be arguing the case for making it more difficult to own a dog. Dog licenses should be like drivers’ licenses – granted subject to passing a test of knowledge and skill. Getting a dog license would involve passing a test to demonstrate that you know enough about basic animal welfare to give a dog a good life, and that you don’t intend to engage in any dangerous practices.
