My favourite season during the year is summer. It starts on June 22nd and ends on September 23rd. It is the hottest season. We have a long, two month holiday during this time of the year. The weather is beautiful. The temperature is usually high. It does not drop much lower than 23 degrees Celsius. Rain does not happen really often. People have a really good mood through the season. They spent a lot of their free time outside. A big part of community enjoys a free time outside. Some of them do sports. It is easy to find some time for ourselves, because of a lot of opportunities for rest or to do the duties, which people can’t do during the school year or when they are working. It is easy to notice some tourists around the city. Parks are full of people enjoying the nice weather. Bunch of people visit beaches and lakes. A lot of people go for vacation somewhere farerthan the place they live. Spending vacation in the foreign Mediterranean countries became very popular through the last few years. In my opinion summer is the best time of the year, because of the weather and holidays. It is very nice to get some rest after a long school year. Having fun and improving my basketball skills is my main goal for my vacation, but I am going to look for a job, because I will need some money for my living through the academic year.
