It is a common belief that Internet piracy is wrong. But some people have different perception which says that illegal downloading does no harm, but makes life easier.

Primarily, it must be admit that people use other people’s work without giving anything in return. They become lazy and unimaginative because they know that we can find everything on the internet. We are not able to do anything by ourselves. The other reason is that, the illegal downloading it’s a punishable steal. For example, when you download a movie, you break the copyrights of the producers.

On the contrary, internet piracy definitely makes life easier. When you need something (like book, movie or some painting) and you don’t have time, you can get it without leaving home. There’s no easier way to find needed things, make it fast and for free. Last is that illegal downloading helps in discovering the culture by poorer people. They haven’t money to spend on trips to the cinema, museum or opera. To compensate for the lack of opportunities to go for paid shows, they can download them for free. They don’t have to be ashamed of their disability, because nobody knows about their deeds.

Taking everything into account, incorrectness of the Internet piracy issue depends on human morality. Personally, I feel that it’s not as wrong thing as they say it is. There’s much more positive sides of illegal downloading (and the most important is that, it makes life easier).
