I am writing to complain about trip to Egypt. When I was in your office, your employee recommending me a trip to Egypt. He says me that Egypt is one the most beautiful cuntires in the world and it had a lot of historic monuments. So I agreed to spend my holiday in Kair, largest city in Egypt.

I am writing this is to express my disappointment with service, when I came in the airport me flight was deloyed so I had to stay at airport for 3 houers. When the flight started I got is not my place. When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist told me that ther do not have any rooms for me. She found room for me. I want the food to be good, they served only sea food. I want to get 50% of my money back. I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible
