As for me, I cannot imagine my life without friendship. I really believe that everybody should have their best friend to live a happy and joyful life. That is why I am very glad that I managed to meet someone special a few years ago and that this person became my best friend. Let me introduce him to you!

His first name is Paul and he is eighteen years old. He lives in my hometown and goes to the same high school as me. You may wonder what he looks like. In my opinion, he is an attractive boy. He is rather tall, about 1.76, and well-built. He has got green eyes and short fair hair. His nose is rather small and his mouth is wide. Paul usually wears T-shirts (or sweat-shirts), jeans and trainers. However, it is not his physical appearance which is so important.

What really matters to me is his personality. No doubt, Paul is very responsible - he always does what he promised to do. What is more, he is also decisive - he can make decisions quickly. Besides, Paul is ambitious - he wants to be successful in life and I am sure his dreams will come true because he is very intelligent, hard-working and persistent. Paul is also very generous - he likes giving things to other people and helping them. He is cheerful and he is fun as well, no wonder he is often invited to parties.

But why is he my best friend? First of all, I know I can trust him and tell him all my secrets, because he will keep them and will never betray me. Secondly, I realize that it is Paul who always tries to find a solution to my problems. Thirdly, I am pretty sure that he is the only person I feel very good with.

I cannot imagine that Paul would not be my best friend. Such a situation is definitely impossible.
