Dissatisfaction with a book

I am writing to inform you of my complete dissatisfaction with your books. Two weeks ago I made an order for 3 books written by Trudi Canavan (the number of order - 726515787) It was delivered only yesterday. The delivery time does not match the standard that was promised in the advert - your offer says that the delivery time is about 3 days. What’s more I was horrified to find out that I’ve got different books from what I’ve bought.

What’s more I was horrified to find out that I’ve got different books from what I’ve bought. Thereby I couldn’t give it as a present for my family member. I would like you to exchange these books for a proper ones and you cover the cost of the delivery. I expect you to give this matter your immediate attention.
