1. Reasons why I want to be a cabin crew.  1. First of all it’s my the biggest dream and it’s the main reason.  2. Second of all of course it’s because I love travelling.  3. I don’t like monotony and at this job my every single day will be different. Different people, different places  4. I feel good when I have challenges and this job is a big challenge.  5. I like working with people and meeting new people.  6. I would like to prove my English skills.  7. I want to change my surrounding.  8. I want to try something new  9. 4. Why do you think you would do well at this job?

 I am person that learn quickly and perform better under pressure. I am very good team player. I have lots of patience and I do enjoy working with people. I have life experience with travelling and changing my surrounding often. This is it. I love it.

5. What motivates you to do your best on the job?  It’s my dream and I can sacrifice myself to reach them. I’ve been thinking about cabin crew job since I flew for the first time and my flight was to Ireland. Previously I thought it’s out of my reach but when I’ve started travelling I’ve realized that everything is possible. I really care about it. If I want something I will do my the best to be the best. I like that feeling when my dreams come true.  I want to be successful on my job.

6. How would you know you were successful on this job?  I am sure I were successful on the job because it’s my dream. I am aware about bright and dark sides of the job and with full responsibility I want it.?

Why should we hire you for this job?  Because I am well motivated I will give my the best.  I am well experienced, very flexible and I won’t change my mind after couple of bad days just because it’s not easy. I’ve been trying many thing in my life and I know what is really worth isn’t easy.  I really want it and I am determinate.  I will follow all of the requirement and procedures.

8. What kind of skills should you have?  Of course I need first aid course.  I need sales skills.  Evacuation procedures  I must swim.

9. Questions:  When will I get an answer am I hired?  When is the term of the first training?  Where is it?  What does the Ryanair value the most?
