Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain about the sweatshirt I bought from your mail order catalog as I am very disappointed about the quality of the clothing I received. I must inform you that I was sent a sweatshirt of wrong size and color. I ordered blue one, in size large but received extra-large black color. In addition, text printed on the sweatshirt after first wash just disappeared. Let me remind you that the price of the item I ordered was not so competitive comparing to the other mail order catalogues.

Let me remind you that the price of the item I ordered was not so competitive comparing to the other mail order catalogues. What is more, the time of delivery, in my case 14 days, is inadequate for professional courier service which I chose while placing an order.

I demand a full refund or a replacement of the sweatshirt for a blue one of large size. I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention.
