I am a student and I would like to improve my language skills so I took part in one of your courses. Let me remind you that there are two main problems with this course. First, it is a course for beginners so I was very disappointed when it turned out that I could not understand anything of it without extra lessons.

I am writing to complain about the English course for beginners run in your school branch in England. I am a student and I would like to improve my language skills so I took part in one of your courses.
Let me remind you that there are two main problems with this course. First, it is a course for beginners so I was very disappointed when it turned out that I could not understand anything of it without extra lessons. Secondly, the teacher seemed to be not an Englishman and, what is more English, was not his native language.
In fact, I have already talked to my teacher about problems with this course but he seemed to be indifferent and in addition he said that his salary was too low to care about this.
I demand a full refund because in fact I have not learned anything useful. I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention.
