Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about computer who I bought in shopping mall month ago. I have a problem with this device. Computer have crash disk so I can’t do anything on this computer and is crash CD-room so I can’t play CD with my favorite music . This is very problem. Many time I tried called to telephone service center but anyone not took with me. I was very nervous. When I went to service I gave my computer and had to wait two weeks. When I toke device I saw that use is impossible. Crash dish was over time. I would like to the new computer and I suggest you faster work in service. Your faithfully XYZ
