In this book author present general truths about the world and about ourselves. Interesting to me was the fact that Coelho chose a women to his novel. Typically, man can understand other man but it worst with women. When I read this book I was impressed that he exact describe knowledge of the body and soul of women. We can exactly know what Maria thinking of her life There are entries from the diary of Maria in few chapters which author include in the novel. It is cause that book is easy to read. The main character Maria is well done but sometimes her naivety irked me. On the other side she is very brave and not ashamed of the things that were often taboo. As for the ending, for me it was not a big surprise, but it was interesting. And although I fell a hunger, because I wondered how Maria explain to family how she got money and how her story will end. It is generally look pretty good. Love again won. I recommend this book for adult people because of erotic scene. I think the novel will appeal to fans of Paulo Coelho and those who did not have the opportunity to see his work.
