It is not only a matter of money or getting (not getting) a promotion. It happen that sometimes you just need a change in your life in order to become a happier person. There’s nothing wrong with self-development. It always seems right to get some new experiences and to meet new friends. Still - do not exaggerate! Do never change horses in midstream!
