I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction my flight Amsterdam to Sri Lanka on 4th May. I have been user of yours airline service for nearly 6 years. However, after the recent occurrence made me realy dissapointed and I consider a change your company for other airlines. When my wife and I arrived early for my schedule flight to Sri Lanka. The plane was supposed take off at 14.00. When we was checking the electronic time table at the airport, we found out that our flight was delayed by 2 hours. When the schechuled time of the flight was getting smaller, my level of anxiety increased the same. When the time has come and the plane have not even showed up at the airport, we contacted and asked the agent if she had any additional information. Despite my polite demeanor she she responded rudely stating „Everything is on flight schedule, you know so much as i do”. After another couple of hours of waiting, we have been informed that our flight has been canceled due to an equipment issue which obviously was not resolved for several hours. I believe that Royal Airlines should take full responsibility for the inconvenience and expense I suffered because of your company’s inability to transport me to Sri Lanka and communication breakdown that happened among your’s workers. I expect to get a full refund or to be compensated in the form of vouchers or something like that. Unless you do it, I will be forced to take a legal action.
