Unemployment is nowadays one of the most famous phenomenon among the society. The third way to combat the unemployment would be connected with financing trainings for less qualified people. These ventures might enable unemployed person to gain new skills, to maintain the professional activity and what is more to be more familiar with modern technology. This manner is extremely helpful and effective in the battle with unemployment because abilities of employees could be adapted with employers demands. Taking everything into account, I clearly state that to avoid the problem of unemployment it is necessary to enlarge workplaces, organize some projects and trainings in order to improve competence of future workers and also encourage people to change their attitude and increase their mobility.
