BISKUPIN is located in the north of Poland about 90 km from Poznań. It is famous because there is a museum there and an archaeologist site. There is a settlement. It was discovered in 1939 by a team of archaeologists led by Józef Kostrzewski and Zdzisław Rajewski. First they thought that it was the early Slavic settlement but it turned out it is much older. During the second world war Biskupin was occupied by Germans.
