To whom, it may concern

I am writing to you with asking for financial help regarding the organization international youth conference, which will take place June 1, 2022, at the National Stadium in Warsaw.

The meeting is going to focus on the ecological crisis. As you can see, our world has started to be flooded with waves of unusual weather phenomenons. The environment is no longer able to renew itself due to pollution and begins to protest. The meeting can make many people aware of the resulting threat and maybe help save many lives. The aim of the conference is to discuss the whole occurrence, draw conclusions and develop an action plan to prevent impending disasters.

Personalities from all over the world have been invited, in addition to minor representatives, along with the presidents of countries. So far, invitations have been accepted by countries such as the USA, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Italy. You will be able to meet scientists such as: Greta Thunberg – who will give a lecture on what the earth will look like in 50 years, and Jason Hood who will tell how we can prevent all natural disasters. It will even be possible to work with them in one group! Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ways of fighting this crisis with people from different parts of the world.

To organize a conference, we need money, mainly for food for the participants, conference room flooring and accommodation for people from distant countries. Of course, we have received funds from the European Union, and several large companies want to be our sponsor, but it is not enough to fully cover the funds of this event. The founders are invited as the main guests.
