Dear Sir or Madam/While I was on holiday in New York lest month,I bought a MP3 player in your shop “Alias”.It was black and orginal./When I come back at home I used it for a few days and everything was ok with it.I was very happy about it.I have always dreamt about this player and I saved my money for a long time.After sometime it stopped working and I do not know what could happened.I tried to turn it on but it was impossible./I would like to return this mp3 player with the receipt to your shop and I am looking forward to heaving from you about the player .If it is possible I would like to get a return or exchange the mp3 player for the new one.Of couse,in this same color /Your faithfully/XYZ
