Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the redecoration of my house. In fact, I have already written to you about it but there has been no reply to my e-mail from you. Let me remind you that there are two main problems with this redecoration. Firstly, the walls were painted in red. They were supposed to be pink. Secondly, the floor was tiled. It was about to be made like the fitted carpet. Also the workers dirtied my furniture with paint. In this situation I am afraid I must as for next redecoration and furniture cleaning.
