I was alone in the house reading one of my obligatory reading for school. It was scary, dark night outside and I was sitting in candlelit room. The book wasn’t riveting so I felt sleepy and weary.

I decided to stop reading it and go to bed. No sooner did I go to my bedroom than someone rang my doorbell. I felt terrified because I wasn’t expecting anybody. In addition, it was the middle of the night. I went to the door and looked through the little window close to the door. There was standing a middle-aged man. He was dressed in black T-shirt and short jeans. I didn’t know what to do. I went to the kitchen and hoped that he would go away but he was unceasingly knocking at the door. I decided to open it. When I stayed face to face with this man I discovered that he was the taxi driver. He said: “I’m sorry for bothering you but I don’t have petrol and the nearest station is about 25 kilometers from your house. Maybe in the garage you have a petrol. Would you help me?”. I went to the garage. The man followed me and suddenly hit me. I yelled at the top of my voice but nobody heard me. Not only did he plug my mouth but also he tied my arms. I was helpless. I could do nothing.

After a while I heard the voice of my mother: “It’s time to wake up”. I realised that it was only a terrible dream.
