Have you been dreaming of taking a vacation? Considering travel with your friends? Worried about leaving your parents alone? Traveling with Family or Friends gives two different experiences which cannot be compared. To help with your decision, let’s explore the advantages and disadvantages of both. Firstly, I’d like to consider benefits and faults oftaking a journey with your mates. You can spend great time with your friends if you all have similar interest and personalities. Friends can also be great if you are looking for a fun time, and want some great entertainment. When we travel with friends we can feel freely and take decisions individually. In circle of close friends we can easily find amusement which fits everyone. Due to this, we only visit places which we are interested in or objects that are connected with our culture. It lets us develop our interests and passions which are extremely different from parent’s ones. Moreover, this type of journey is a good lesson, lesson of adulthood and independence. Being on a trip with friends sounds quite good, but unfortunately it has some disadvantages. When we go on vacation without our parents, we must deal with our financial problems alone. We used to have a habit that parents are sponsoring us everything and it’s their duty. Second problem that I would like to metion are many arguments; on the grounds of too much time spent together. We really need to remember that our buddy from school desk might turn out to be someone different. As many people say: You indentify a person’s real personality when you go on trip with him\her. We cannot omit the problem of disorganization and tiredness. Your mates might be really annoying after couple days spent together, especially when you want to chill and take a rest but they want to party on and on. In this part of my work I will try to deal with advantages and disadvantages in travelling with your family. To begin, the real benefit of being on trip with your family is safety. They ensure us the most important things that can be figured out on a trip. We don’t have to worry about anything because they give us everything: food, accommodation, they cure us from our illnesses, they always remember about tickets for metro and won’t allow us to go out late without warm blouse. However parent’s protection is really cute but we can’t let it to turn into overprotection. That’s the problem which is the beginning of disadvantages. We hate being overprotected, i guess that no one likes when somebody treats you like a little baby. The next problem is the difference between you, and your parents. We might be forced to go everywhere, because we underlie to them. Our parents come from a different pop culture so their interests are quite different comparing to ours. But let’s be honest the whole trip is organized by them, they sponsor you, so your decisions are invalid. You must follow them everywhere and visit places they want . It’s such a boring thing! To sum up everything: both solutions have advantages and disadvantages. We have to decide which option is better for us: good time and complete refreshment or frugality and sense of security? Unfortunately, there is no single answer for those two questions. Doesn’t matter which option we will chose we must remember that adulthood doesn’t begin with doing whatever you want, but with resigning from treats for our safety and security.
