I often wonder if my lifestyle is really healthy. And I come to the conclusion that I try to make my life healthy. But I do not have a perfect recipe to keep fit and live a long, happy life. As far as my diet is concerned, I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, because they contain vitamins and minerals. I avoid fat-building sweets, cookies or crisps. Unfortunately, I am addicted to ice-cream - especially in the summer.

As far as my diet is concerned, I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, because they contain vitamins and minerals. I avoid fat-building sweets, cookies or crisps. Unfortunately, I am addicted to ice-cream - especially in the summer. I also try to take some exercise, but only from time to time. I admit I drive to school, I spend half a day sitting behind a desk. At weekends I try to be more active: I go far long walks with my dog or go on short trips. I know that if I played tennis, ran or swam I would feel much better. Another thing I disregard is rest and sleep. I am a perfectionist at school - I spend at least ten hours a day studying. Moreover, I read a lot in the evenings. I usually go to sleep at about 1 a.m. Next day I get up at 6 o’clock. Fortunately I neither smoke nor drink alcohol, because if I did it, my body and my psyche would be ruined. Finally, I admit that I should change my lifestyle to make it really healthy.
