Dear Sir I am writing to complain about video purchased in your shop. I bought it when I was in New York 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I have a problem, because I am afraid that my video is broken. There is no screen when video is connected into TV. I tried to use another cables and it is still no reaction. I am sending it to you with the receipt. I would like you to refund shipping costs, because shipment from Poland to New York is very expensive.
