I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with my CD player which i bought in your shop on Green Street, in London. I bought it few days ago during my trip to London. It worked perfect. The music sounded brilliant and the battery worked for a long time. Unfortunatelly, it stoped work good. I can’t turn it on. The screen isn’t show anything. I do not know what it is. I am sure is not my fault. I do not try to repair this CD player. I sent it to your shop. My CD player has a guarantee. I hope,you will give me a new CD player.
