If you ask me what would my dream house look like, I’d say that I am all prepared to answer this question. I love to look at western’s homes for sale and model homes in magazines and internet blogs. I’m putting ideas together room‐by‐room and as soon as I get a needed sum of money I will try out them all. My dream house would have to be one word, minimalistic. The minimalism appeals to me as one of my favourite design concepts. I believe that messy space can affect your life. Soon you would become short of space in your home and start to think about the extension. In my case, there will be only essential appliances in rooms: no closed wardrobes or wall units, no carpets or big sofas and it means no dust collectors. As unique features of my dream home, there will be a spiral staircase with slide and a seethrough bath. I concerned that having a noisy setting in the residential area is the worst possible situation. I want an isolated building that will stand out from the others. The location of my house would be in the peaceful mountains with a breath‐taking view on the nearest forest. I will have to buy built‐in solar batteries and satellite Internet, although it has sky‐high prices for installing. I imagine my dream dwelling with tall brand‐new windows, which will make my home airy, spacious and light. I’m not sure exactly how I feel about a greenhouse as I want to grow herbs for cooking and drinking somewhere in the kitchen. The house of my dreams would definitely have huge glass walls that would open into a patio, in which I would have an outdoor dining area and lounge chairs. Maybe, during the warm months, I will open one of these walls like a sliding door to make the outside area part of the house. I would love to live in a space where interior and exterior fade into each other almost seamlessly. There is a lot that I want to see in my ideal home. But I think that just having an expensive furniture or perfectly designed rooms is not what makes you happy. Every house can be my dream house because my sweet family will be with me, and my favourite guy will come home to me every night.
