Dear Joe Benson, I have the information you requested and I also have a few questions of my own. Firstly, we haven’t changed the dates. We will be staying from 6 September to 16 September. We will arrive to Hawthorn Park by bus at 12:45 pm. There will be 16 students in total, eight girls and eight boys. Also there will be two adults, I and my colleague. Therefore we need in five rooms one room for the teacher and two rooms with four beds for boys and two rooms with four beds for girls, can you give them to us? Could you tell me if the special discount price is available? And what sport facilities are available in this Park?
